However, if you’re having trouble using the QR code or link that was sent to you, you may set up your eSIM manually.

Confirmation Code: This is an 11 digit number sent to you by email after your order for your plan was delivered. The confirmation code is not required. You do not need to enter it, to complete eSIM setup.
Step 3:
Your phone may undergo a software update to enable Dual SIM card functionality, which is required for eSIM.
Inside Cellular settings, locate your new eSIM line under the section labeled CELLULAR PLANS.
Tap on your eSIM line and make sure Enable LTE is set to the ON position.
You may see "RedPocket" at the top of your phone screen. Red Pocket Mobile is the parent company for FreedomPop. Your service will still operate under your FreedomPop service plan and you will visit FreedomPop to manage your account.
Step 4:
Place a phone call to a standard landline or cellular phone number. This helps to initiate your calling and texting services. Do not place a call to a WhatsApp or Google Voice number.
Your phone might turn off and then back on again while it undergoes configuration. Once complete, you’ll be able to switch from one phone number to another when making calls. You’ll also be able to see which phone number is responsible for incoming calls.
