How does the rebate work?

FreedomPop rebates are available for qualifying purchases once the criteria for the rebate have been met. This includes, but is not limited to, months of consecutive service on a qualifying plan with Auto-pay consistently enabled.  The length of time service must remain active and the eligible plan(s) can vary depending on the rebate offer.  You must meet the requirements to qualify within 6 months of the device purchase date. The initial plan purchase does not count toward the 3 consecutive recurring charges.

A rebate code is generated for qualifying orders and will be sent to you within 10 business days of your final qualifying month of service. For example, if your rebate offer calls for 3 months of consecutive service, you will receive your rebate code, which can be used to process your rebate, between 120 - 150 days from the date of your order.

Rebates are provided in the form of a Virtual Visa Gift Card. You may request delivery for your Virtual Visa Gift Card using your rebate code. Delivery takes 1 to 2 weeks from the date of the request. You must activate your Virtual Visa Gift Card within 90 days of receiving the activation link. Virtual gift cards expire 6 months after activation. Virtual Visa Gift Cards are subject to Visa terms and conditions.

Enter your rebate code on the Rebate Program page within your account. Log into freedompop.com/my-lines and click on “Rebate Program” under the “Manage Your Line” section. Enter your rebate code to request and process your rebate.

Codes are single-use only and cannot be regenerated or replaced. If an iPhone purchased on a rebate promotion is unlocked for any reason, the order will be disqualified from the advertised rebate amount. Rebate terms and conditions vary depending on your promotional offer. Valid for one rebate per line, per year.  Contact FreedomPop's customer service for terms of specific offers

What is the difference between rebates and plan credits?

FreedomPop offers plan credits with many new iPhone and Android purchases. With plan credits, you receive a monthly discount on your service plan for a set period.

With rebates, you receive a one-time credit as a Virtual Visa Gift Card after all qualifying criteria are met.

Can I participate in the Rebate Program if I have a free plan account?

At this time, the rebate program is not available for accounts that are subscribed to the Free Plan. Your account must be subscribed to the 1GB or the 10GB plan to qualify for the rebate for the entirety of the offer term.

What if I disabled auto-pay but kept consistent monthly payments manually?

Unfortunately, due to system requirements, you must keep Auto-pay enabled consistently to qualify for a rebate. If auto-pay is interrupted your rebate claim may be disqualified.

New line activations are automatically enrolled in auto-pay. You can enable auto-pay manually for existing lines.

Please log in at freedompop.com/my-lines, click on your line, then scroll down to the Subscription section under “Payment Information” to manage your current subscription. Keep your payment method current to avoid interruptions in your service plan.

There was a service interruption but I resolved it. Will I still get my rebate?

If you missed your recent auto-recurring payment but managed to take care of it within the same billing period then your rebate claim will remain in good standing. Please ensure that your recurring payment is turned back on after taking care of the missed recurring payment. You must meet the requirements to qualify within 6 months of the device purchase date.

Please log in at FreedomPop.com/my-lines, click on your line, then click on Payments. Keep your payment method up to date to avoid interruptions in your service plan.

How does the rebate work? What happens if I keep my line active and enroll in auto-pay but change my plan?

You may change your plan as long as you change to one of the rebate-eligible plans included in the original offer. If you change to an ineligible plan, you may forfeit your rebate.

Can I take advantage of rebates as a new/existing customer?

Each offer will indicate if new and/or existing customers are eligible for the rebate.

Please note that consecutive months of service are required to qualify, beginning the day you receive your new phone. Previous months of service cannot be applied toward your rebate eligibility. The initial plan purchase does not count toward the 3 consecutive recurring charges.

How is the rebate provided?

Rebates are provided in the form of a Virtual Visa Gift Card. You can request delivery for your Virtual Visa Gift Card using your rebate code. Delivery takes 1 to 2 weeks from the date of the request. You must activate your Virtual Visa Gift Card within 90 days of receiving the activation link. Virtual gift cards expire 6 months after activation. Virtual Visa Gift Cards are subject to Visa terms and conditions.

When will the rebate arrive?

Rebates are processed at your request. Request your rebate credit by entering your rebate code on the Rebate Program page within your account. Virtual Visa Gift Cards can only be processed when all qualifying events have been met. You must meet the requirements to qualify within 6 months of the device purchase date.

Once processed, Virtual Visa Gift Cards can take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. Cards are sent to the email address used to process your order. You must activate your Virtual Visa Gift Card within 90 days of receiving the activation link. If your email address has changed, contact us at FreedomPop.com/contact-us

Does my rebate expire?

All qualifying events must occur within 6 months of the order date, and you must request your rebate credit before then. Your rebate code expires 6 months from the date you qualify. The Virtual Visa Gift Card activation link expires 90 days from the issued date. The remaining balance on your virtual gift card expires 6 months after the activation date.

Can I receive more than one rebate?

Rebates are provided based on promotional offers. Check the terms and conditions of specific offers for more information. Unless otherwise stated, you may receive one rebate per line per year.
