It's easy! Visit freedompop.com/start and enter your SIM card number. Then log in using the account you created during the SIM card order process.
IMPORTANT: If you wish to bring your current phone number to FreedomPop, be sure to choose the option to Port Your Existing Number and fill in all required fields. It is important to be 100% accurate with your porting information. If incorrect information is provided, it can cause delays to the transfer. If you wish to get a new FreedomPop phone number, your Service Zip Code will be used to generate your area code and phone number
If you are porting in your existing number, please wait until the number transfer is completed before following these steps. You can view the status of your number transfer by logging in to your FreedomPop.com account HERE.
If all the information that you provide is accepted by your Old Service Provider, the port in process can take from just a few minutes to a few hours. However, porting in a landline number can take about 14 working days.
Note: that prepaid wireless accounts all have Account Numbers and Passwords, even if you don't know them. If in doubt, please contact your current wireless provider and request your Account Number and Password to ensure a smooth port-in process.
Then, insert your SIM card and power on your device. Once your device has powered on, you will receive a message to complete your automatic APN setup. Follow the quick and easy steps to confirm setup and start using your new FreedomPop service!
