Transfer your phone number over from another wireless carrier during the activation process. After you enter your SIM card's ICCID number on the activation page, freedompop.com/activate, you'll get the opportunity to enter the Account number and PIN number belonging to your old phone carrier.
You must port your number in during activation. The number cannot be transferred at a later time.
Coming from an older FreedomPop SIM card with VoIP technology? Use the transfer and activation process at freedompop.com/upgrade instead.
Coming from another wireless carrier? Check the list below for help with your account number and PIN. If you don't see your wireless carrier in the list below, contact your previous carrier's customer service department to find out what your Account number and PIN number is.

There is a one time $9.99 fee for porting your number in from another carrier. You will need the Account Number, and the PIN number, from your previous carrier. Unless otherwise specified below, contact your previous carrier's customer service department, to make sure you have the correct Account Number and PIN.
First make sure you have selected a FreedomPop number first. We provide you with a number for free. Even if you plan to port your existing number over to your FreedomPop account, you will need to select a FreedomPop free phone number temporarily.
Next, go to the My Account tab. Select Phone Number from the list and click on Transfer Existing Number and enter your information.
