Cancel automatic payments

This information applies to Premium SIM cards

When you activate your SIM card, your account will be setup with automatic payment, using the credit or debit card number that you entered to process the activation. Every month, on your renewal date, you can expect a charge for your talk, text and data plan as well as any Services (Add-Ons) you've selected. 

If you prefer to make payments manually, you can cancel your automatic subscription. Make sure to log into your online account at freedompop.com/my-lines and process a payment before your billing cycle renews, to avoid a suspended (Airtime Expired) account. 

To cancel automatic payments, select the line you'd like to make changes to. Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. 

This information applies to Legacy SIM cards

When you activate your SIM card, your account will be setup with automatic payment, using the credit or debit card number that you entered to complete your order. Every month, on your renewal date, you can expect a charge for your talk, text and data plan as well as any Services you've selected. 

Automatic payment cannot be cancelled for VoIP SIM accounts. Make sure to log into your online account at my.freedompop.com to view and manage payments.
