It is not possible to share data from one of your lines to another. If your line needs additional minutes, text messages or data, you can add credit to your account manually. Log in at freedompop.com/my-lines and click on your line. Then click, "Add More" next to your minutes, text messages or data balance.
How sharing data works
If you have multiple accounts with FreedomPop, you may wonder if you can move some of your data from one account to another. It's possible, to share data between accounts by connecting them as Freedom Friends and using the Share Data feature. You can share a maximum of 50 MBs of data, and 5 MBs with each friend. The account that is sharing data must be an active one. If the account is inactive, it cannot share data with any friends and data cannot be requested of that account.
Please Note: If you have already received 50MBs of data -- either from the automatic Freedom Friends function or from data that has been shared with you -- you will not be able to accumulate more data from Friends.
To share data with another FreedomPop account, you must first connect with that account as a Freedom Friend. Then you can give data or request data.
Step One: Connect as a Freedom Friend
Log into your account at my.freedompop.com
Then click on the Earn & Share tab
Next, under Invite Friends, enter the email address associated with the account you’d like to connect to.
Once the friend request has been sent, the recipient of the request must log in at my.freedompop.com, and go to the Earn & Share tab. From there, they can click on Friend Request, to see the pending invite from you.
After the invite has been accepted, you will be connected as friends and they will show up under Freedom Friends list.
Step Two: Share data with your friend
Now that you are connected as friends, you can share data. Go back to the Earn & Share tab and click on Freedom Friends.
Click on the Give button to give data to that account. Click on the Get button to request data from your Friend.
Please Note: If you have already received 50 MBs of data -- either from the automatic Freedom Friends function or from data that has been shared with you -- you will not be able to accumulate more data from Friends.
