This information applies to older, Standard SIMs

WiFi calling usually refers to the smartphone feature that lets you make and receive phone calls while over a WiFi connection without using the minutes and text messages in your plan. However, because Standard SIMs rely on VoIP service, WiFi calling does not apply.

Instead, you can make and receive phone calls while over a WiFi network, using the FreedomPop calling application. Calls made over a WiFi network will still use minutes and text messages in your plan.
