Visual voicemail is a feature that adds a visual interface to standard voicemail capabilities. You can access voicemail using the visual voicemail functionality. The service is provided through the visual voicemail app on Android, and directly within the Calling and Texting application on iPhone. You can activate the service via the app for $2.49/month. Our Android LTE phones can be used as WiFi hotspots, and are functional for tethering. You also need to have the FreedomPop Premier or FreedomPop WiFi Hotspot service activated, in order to take advantage of tethering. The Roll Over service allows you to roll over up to 500 MBs of unused data each month. You will have the opportunity to accumulate the maximum of 20 GBs that can be stored from the roll over service. This service allows you to use a cellular network connection for calls in weak signal areas. Ensures high-quality voice calls even when network connection is poor by switching seamlessly between FreedomPop voice and cellular voice. Premium Voice is set to work seamlessly by automatically identifying when you are in a low signal area. You will be prompted if you wish to switch to premium voice calling. Tell me more about MMS and Group Messaging
With the MMS and Group Messaging service you can send picture and video messages to users that do not have FreedomPop phones (picture messaging is already supported from FreedomPop customer to FreedomPop customer). You can also send text messages to more than one recipient at a time, with this value added service.
Why was I billed for Premium Plus?
Typically Premium Plus is offered as a free trial at checkout. If you did not opt-out of the trial, you may have been billed once the trial period ended. You can add or remove services at any time. Click here to learn how to manage your add-on services.
FreedomPop Premium Plus is only $7.99 a month. You can save up to $10.00 a month switching to Premium Plus, as opposed to adding each service individually!
How to remove the service
If you would like to remove the service from your account, log in at my.freedompop.com and click on the Services category. Next, select the Premium Plus service from the My Services list. Finally, click the small link that states "To deactivate, click here."
