What are FreedomPop Services?
Add-Ons increase the functionality of your FreedomPop account. These services can be added to your account (or removed) at any time. You will incur a charge for these services on the same day you incur your plan renewal charge.
How to add a service
To add a service to your account log in at freedompop.com/my-lines and click on your line. Then, select Get/Manage Add-Ons and choose the "SERVICES" section. When you add a service, you'll incur the charge for the service right away. When your renewal date arrives, you'll be charged for your plan and any added services.
How to remove a service
To remove a service from your account, log in at freedompop.com/my-lines and click on your line. Then, select Get/Manage Add-Ons and choose the "SERVICES" section. You can disable the service by clicking on TURN OFF.
Available Service - Visual Voicemail
All lines have access to voicemail messages by calling the voicemail phone line (press and hold the number 1 to call the voicemail line). However, if you'd like to manage your voicemail messages using a mobile application add the Visual Voicemail service to your account for $1.00 per month. Visual voicemail lets you take advantage of easy to use features; listen to voicemail messages, delete them or read a transcribed text version of your messages within the mobile application. Available Service - WiFi Calling
WiFi calling is an important feature, that lets you make and receive calls on compatible phones without using the minutes in your plan. For FreedomPop Premium Lines, this feature is enabled automatically after activation. However, if you are having trouble with WiFi calling please contact our customer service team to see if we need to enabled it manually, for your line. Click here for more information on WiFi calling.

How to add a service to your account
To sign up for a Service, log into your account at my.freedompop.com, then click on the "Services" tab. Select the service you'd like to sign up for from the list.
Please Note: Not all services are available to all accounts & prices may vary. If a service does not appear, unfortunately, your account is not eligible for it. Log into your account at my.freedompop.com, and click the Services tab, for the most accurate information on available services.
How to remove a service
To remove a service, visit my.freedompop.com. Then click on the Services button, from the navigation menu at the top of the page.
Click on the service that you would like to deactivate, and then click on the small link in the bottom right corner of that service, labeled "To deactivate, click here".

FreedomPop Speed Boost
Speed Boost is a value-added service. It is available alone or as apart of the Premier Service bundle. Speeds for free plans reach up to 1 Mbps, while speeds for paid plans reach up to 5 Mbps. FreedomPop Premium VIP Service
Ensure that you are never without service with priority technical support from a FreedomPop Online Expert. You can add email access to a FreedomPop Online Expert and immediate front-of-the-line email support to your account, by upgrading to our Premium VIP Support value-added service. Phone Protection Plus
Protect your device from accidents or damage. Powered by CPS, the Phone Protection Plus service offers exchange or repair for damaged devices after a $50 deductible. Fast and easy claim process available 24/7.
International Phone Number
Allow your friends and family in Mexico and over 25 other countries to call your US number for free. This service provides you with a virtual phone number based in one of 25 different countries, including Mexico, Canada, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Spain and more. Calls to your international number are routed to your FreedomPop phone number, making the call a local one for anyone based in the same country.
FreedomPop Premium Voice
FreedomPop is a VoIP service. This means we use the internet - or the data network - to make and receive calls and text messages. With Premium Voice, you can make calls over the cellular network instead of data for a more reliable network. The service only activates with your existing data connection is too weak. Note: the data connection for VoIP calling comes from FreedomPop, not a WiFi network, and it is counted separately from the MBs in your plan. FreedomPop Ad-Blocking
Minimize the ads that appear on your cell phone, in games, and on websites. Currently, this service is only compatible with Android phones running KitKat 4.4.3+. For more information on this service, please click here.
FreedomPop Data Roll Over
Rollover unused data, up to 500MBs per month, and store up to 20GBs total. (If you are on the 200 MB free plan, the maximum you will be able to roll over is 200 MBs per month.) Data only rolls over from your Base Plan (the data provided by your monthly plan allotment). Data from Freedom Friends, or from completed offers do not roll-over. Use it to broadcast your data plan, so other devices (smartphones, tablets, and computers) can connect to your phone and use the data from your data plan. FreedomPop MMS and Group Messaging
Send picture and video messages with this Service. You can also send group messages (send the same message to multiple people at the same time). Without MMS and Group Messaging, your image will show up as a link and the recipient will have to click the link to open the photo and see what you have sent to them.

Private Internet

Data Saver

Safety Mode
FreedomPop offers a new service called Safety Mode for $6.99 per month. With this service, you will get a one-time addition of 500MBs of data -- added immediately to your account -- plus an additional 10% of data each month.
